Sketch 18 and Barbie cake

Hello friends!!

Hope all is well in your neck of the woods.  I've had a pretty busy week and weekend.  My youngest grand daughter is now the big 2.  So every thing has been about her.   Well I guess we've enjoy it as much as her.

So here I am, last minute me!!!!!!!  I wanted to do sketch #18 with Graphicat but things kept getting in my way and today while doing laundry I though, humm I can do it right now!!!!!  So I did.  I used the Indie chic "citron" paper.  And with just a few hours to spare.......  Tada!!!!

And this was is the Sketch

But wait I have more.  In September I showed you a barbie cake I made for my 4 year old grand daughter.  Well when I asked the younger one what she wanted for her Birthday,  guess what she said. Yup!  A barbie cake.  And here is her cake...

And because she is so stinky cute.   I gave her the card I made for Graphicat's sketch last month.  It was perfect for her, and she loved it.  I'm telling you, I think am hooked on their sketches.

I hope you guys enjoyed my latest project and I will be back soon with another project.
Take care my friends.

We have all been crazy busy creating and some of us took Elsa up on the
"slider card" challenge.  Elsa and 2 other alphas will pick one lucky cub's
project as the best in show and we will get some goodies!!  Roarrr!!!!
So... hop along to all the dens and see which cubs participated in creating a "slider card"
and then go back to Elsa's blog and tell her which one you like best.
It might convince her to pick me :-) Purrrrr  YES!  All in all I hope we were
able to inspire you to create and have fun!!!
Here is my project...

As I was prowling around I decided to use K & Company paper by Tim Coffey.  The green flower is from I Am Roses and the other two are from Recolletion. My cute cub was sent to me by one of our cubs RJ.  Isn't he adorable.

Thanks for stopping by and prowling with us.
If you started here please go to Elsa's blog HERE and start hopping along
from the beggining.  Then don't forget to let her know which one is your favorite so we can have a chance to win.  Maybe you like mine :-)

Halloween cards

Good Afternoon Crafters:

Hope all is well and you're enjoying the beginning of fall.  Today I wanted to share with you a circle card I made for a blog challenge that  I Am Roses is having.   Tomorrow is the last day, so I am really cutting it close.  I've been so busy and decided I would skip this one, but wow it is sooooo tempting.  I mean... what a great challenge.  So while my grand daughter took her nap today I made this circle card.  I am also entering this card for this weeks challenge #43 at Latinas en America.  Which is to make a circle card.

I used K & Company paper by Tim Coffey call Halloween and Fall.  I also used all of IAR flowers.  I wanted to use more but I didn't any more of the fall colors.  :-(  I know.... I need to place an order soon.

But wait I have one more LOL.... this card is for the challenge #17 at Graphicat.  They have a great sketch.  I used the same paper line.  My stamp is Devilish Lucy and my sentiment is from
Whimsical Designs .
and here is the card...

And this is the sketch for the Graphicats

I hope you all like my cards and let me know what you think.  I love your comments.
