I hope you all had a wonderful Father's Day. My daughter and her hubby took
my hubby out to dinner on Saturday and then on Sunday they invited us for dinner.
So I guess it's safe to say he had a good weekend.
For our challenge this week with Whimsical Designs, Stephanie challenge us to make
something patriotic and use the colors red, white and blue. Our sponsor who is
Eureka Stamps let us have an image for our project. I picked "Liberty Balloon Holder".
But as you can see I didn't use a balloon. Actually I didn't even realize her name until
now. So just pretend, as my grand daughter would say, that you see a balloon.
I think it would look cute. :-) And here it is...
Everything that I used was from my stash. Loose paper from Micheals or Joannes.
Stars are from recollection. The light blue flower with the clear stone you see
was made by Stephanie herself about a year ago when we participated in a swap
together. The sentiment is from her stamp set "Everyday Sentiments".
Our sponsor will be giving away 5 digis of the winners choice.
Good luck and I will be back soon with another project.
hugs
Yvette
